Talent Bank App

South Wales Police officers and PCSOs have been provided with a new engagement tool, the Talent Bank App, to use whilst working within their communities.

Developed by the Positive Action Team, the app harnesses technology to modernise how we connect with people and supports our commitment to creating a more inclusive and representative police service.

The Talent Bank provides an easy way for potential candidates to register their interest in future opportunities within South Wales Police. Individuals can submit their contact details and indicate their areas of interest, allowing us to keep them informed about relevant roles and recruitment events.

Anyone interested can simply scan the QR code displayed on an officer's mobile device to access the Talent Bank and register their details.
